Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 55 of the Planning and Development Act, 2007 that the RM of Mervin No. 499 has received two (2) discretionary subdivision applications. The first application is for one (1) single parcel country residential lot within NW-28-54-21-W3M as shown in “Figure A”.  The second application is for one (1) single parcel country residential lot within the NW ¼ Section 15-52-21-W3M as shown in “Figure B”.  All subdivisions are currently permitted as a discretionary use in the Agricultural District – Schedule A, section (B)(f) of Bylaw 94-4 known as the Zoning Bylaw.
